SITTM Inc., is the resulting phenomenon of three entrepreneurs; Dr. Luc Duchesne, Mr. Norman Jaehrling, and Mr. John Barbeau. From the beginning they recognized an opportunity in the renewable energies market which manifested itself into scientific innovation and a breakthrough approach to renewable energy production. SITTM Inc. emerged to address the needs of a tremendously under-serviced market of individuals and businesses looking for an alternative to the traditionally unstable supply of fossil fuels.

Following years of research and testing, the company principals discovered that the current biodiesel technology market was neglecting to take into consideration a number of critical factors; safety, ease of use, fuel quality standards and other issues of vital importance to producers and consumers of biodiesel. There is a growing interest in a more decentralized distribution of biodiesel production capacity at a smaller scale, but without compromising the operational efficiencies, fuel quality standards and health and safety controls currently limited to large scale refineries; this is the purpose of the SITTM Biorefinery System™.

SITTM’s goal is to create a distributed system of small-scale energy units that work on-site and at the scale of consumers.  In doing so they will empower communities to partake in energy production, shorten the energy value chain and the speculation associated with energy commodities, for the Democratization of Energy™.  The technology will add to the current energy balance and reduce a country’s carbon footprint by providing access to biodiesel production technology to the consumer.
